FEATURES & MATERIALS

In collaboration with the interior designer Mikael Mammen, we have already created a wide range of unique walk-in solutions and wine cabinets. We always design our solutions around exact locations and dimensions, and in line with customer requests for both aesthetics and functionality.

TEMPERATURE ZONE DIVISION

Our wine rooms and wine cabinets come with temperature zone division as standard. This means that a single unit can be divided into different temperature zones, making it possible to store red wine at 14–16 °C, rosé wine at 8–10 °C and sparkling wine at 5–6 °C, for example.

The temperature can be set anywhere between +5 °C and 20 °C in as many different zones as you need.

DOORS AND ENTRYS

We offer several different options when it comes to doors – from shooting and pull-out doors through to walk-in solutions. We can also provide automatic doors that open with little more than a gentle touch.

All of our doors come with thermal glazing in a frame made from polished stainless steel. This helps to ensure both a constant temperature and low operating costs.

COOLING SYSTEMS

Wine and champagne cabinets are equipped with top-bottom cooling and built-in thermostats at several different places in the unit. The cooling unit and the fan are located at the top, allowing cool air to descend over the bottles. This ensures that the cooling unit does not produce any more cold air than needed and that the wine is always stored at the optimal temperature.

The cooling system is produced by a leading European supplier. This not only guarantees reliable performance and temperature control, but also a system that will last for many years to come. Furthermore, we can also guarantee that your cooling unit will run quietly and help keep noise levels down.

Commelier are leading specialists on the market for excklusive wine refrigeration. Therefore we are able to supply green refrigeration units, who runs on the refrigerant R452 eller propane (R290).

SHELF SYSTEMS

We have developed our own horizontal shelf system so that your wine or champagne bottles can be presented elegantly and aesthetically. These are called lay-down shelves. We also offer vertical systems which display the bottles in a contemporary manner with lighting placed at the base.

All shelves come in stainless steel as standard but are also available in wood for a more rustic and Nordic look.

Are great capacities demanded, we offer compact shelf solutions with extention sliding to make sure we exploit the whole cabinet. They are also delivered in the colour of your choice, and bottle presentation in many ways.

LED LIGHTING

Lighting is an essential factor when it comes to the presentation of a finished solution. It is the light that creates both mood and atmosphere.

All lighting comes from LED lights that are integrated into the unit and which can be configured as needed. Would you like the light to come on when the door is opened? Or would you prefer the bottles to be eloquently lit from the base of the wine cooler?

The choice is yours and the possibilities are endless. We are on hand to give advice throughout, making sure that your finished solution matches both your business and your expectations.

MATERIALS

All COMMELIER wine coolers are made from stainless steel, copper or brass. We are happy to give you advice on what materials to choose in order to ensure that your finished solution blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Or if you would like something a bit more vibrant and eye-catching, we also offer wine coolers in your choice of RAL colour.

The chassis is typically made from a robust stainless steel frame in order to ensure functionality and usability.

We want our customers to enjoy the best possible experience without any reason to worry. That’s why all wine coolers developed by COMMELIER come with two year’s full warranty as standard.
